What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, and Bank Deposits.
Bank deposits are available through BPI and BDO.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we deliver around Siargao!

Orders in General Luna, Malinao, Dapa, and Santa Fe arrive within 24 hours, or you can drop by Malinao for pickup.
For Pacifico, Burgos, and northern areas, delivery takes up to 7 days (often sooner).

Currently, we only deliver within Siargao Island.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items.

Why are the prices so affordable? Are the products genuine?

Most of our products comes from authentic, earlier-generation stock, carefully sourced and inspected. Some arrive without their original boxes, yet each item is brand new, never used, and ready for a new life on the island. You might notice tiny marks from storage or travel, but nothing that affects function.
